Ordered spares for the missing hooks after moving house. Good quality original parts. arrived fast but postage was quite expensive. would be good to be able to order individual parts rather than the whole set which we didn’t need.

Dreadful service from Zooplus, Modkat's UK distributor from whom I purchased cat litter box. Said they couldn't offer these spares and emails back and forth till they put me onto Modkat. From then on, plain sailing.
